For some reason I decided today that I really need to start building out the content on this blog in much more seriousness than I have been for the last few months. The birth of this blog all started on a random, not so special weekday several months back where I was inspired by a sudden idea of creating, designing and publishing picture books. I started to brainstorm on scrap pieces of paper on the possible name of the book and it occurred to me…LUSH THERAPY.
Lush has several meanings. To be a lush usually denotes some negative connotations of being a drunkard or highly intoxicated. I would rather say my definition of lush sides more with luxuriousness, opulence and extremely pleasing to the senses. While therapy is often times associated with the treatment of diseases or disorders, I prefer to associate therapy with being conscious and aware and having the abilitiy to recognize and bring attention to whatever it is that you may lush about.
I don’t know what direction I am taking this yet, but I have big plans, some manifesting, some just discovered and some to be realized. For now, I will just let it grow organically.
